The constitution of this corporation is recognized by the Intaki Assembly by an official charter obtained in YC 112, and it has the right to:

â–² constitute a naval force and have the ability to wage war and negotiate treaties;

â–² build industry in Intaki and outposts in other systems according to company directives;

â–² issue bonds and pay dividends;
