BD-BC is a training corp for The Black Dragon Elite with a steep learning curve and community learning environment. The teachers teach the students, and the students relay the information to newer students.

Once a pilot meets a certain criteria in the corp they may graduate to B-D-E, Where they will be put in at ensign lvl and start getting PAID immdiatly.
