A minor division of the True Slave Foundations, Division Ourapheh is primarily composed of administrative functionaries. The division distinctly lacks the isolationist policies of the greater Foundations, creating a queer reputation for itself. Where as its siblings are difficult to identify, Ourapheh members appear quite willingly when the bureaucratic process mandates for it.
