Must be at least 4 months old, and be able to fly a decent cruiser. This is mostly attacking indy corps for hire, or protecting them in high-sec. A cruiser is enough to get that job done. Anything else over and above that is just gravy. Have another toon somewhere to make isk-) You aren't gonna get rich here, just get to shoot with all those ships your other characters buy for you, and those moneymaking chars are not welcome here, nor will they be allowed lol.
