This Corp runs on a share system - when you enter corp, you must buy into it. All money made by the corp after expenses and savings are accounted for will be distributed to corp members on a monthly basis.

Being a useful and active corp member will gain you promotion, giving you free shares for more montly rewards and the power to boss people about.

Those unactive corp members will be removed from the corp at the earliest opportunity if there has been no notice of absence given prior to lengthy abscences (A "Benefit of the Doubt" system is in place - just incase you get hit by a bus or similar)

Short-term goals
- Acheive active and dedicated status amongst 4 corp members
- Have 15 or more corp members (all active regularly)
- successfully run fleet operations against Incursions and in missions.
- successfully run mining missions
- Have the core corp following based in the Illinfrik area

Long-term goals
- Have 100+ members
- Acheive active and dedicated status amongst 20 corp members
- Successfully promote enough players to a managerial position to enable mining, mission running and Incursions to all occur at different times.
