The dream is at end game, to have a functioning, active, and loyal corp base. To own sov in a 0.0. The steps involved to get there are;

a.) Setting up a common home base, so when people log on they arent lonely :P
b.) Setting up a market dominance in the said common home bases' region.
c.) Setting up a mining taskforce for raw minerals and income
d.) Setting up a PVE/PVP wing for new players to learn and grow accustomed to pvp/pve of EVE
so running level 4's and perhaps small skrimishes in lowsec
d.) Setting up a POS in high sec, for BPO ME research, T2 production and so on...
d.) Finally after we have succeded a-d we can begin involving ourselves among the null sec politics and perhaps enter null sec, establish sov, and so on...
