Magnum NegotiaVita Veritas Aequitas
Life Truth Justice
The innocent shall be protected and the wicked punished. To live life in fear is to not live at all. I was once blinded by darkness but now my eyes are open. Never shall innocent blood be shed, yet the blood of the wicked shall flow like a river. With every breath, we shall hunt them down. In nomine Patris et Filii et Spiritus Sancti. -The Boondock Saints
History of latin context:
Vita Veritas Aequitas...live your life (Vita), while speaking the truth (Veritas), helping/showing justice (Aequitas) toward others and you will begin to understand the full meaning of life.
We do not open fire on neutrals unless you are griefing. Then your ship will be turned back to the dust where it came from, and your body illuminated by fire.
Origin of Vita Veritas Aequitas: The word Vita comes from the focus on living, and notably the miracles done by those who later became saints when they were canonized by the Roman Catholic church, the Anglican Communion, the Eastern Orthodox Church, the Oriental Orthodox Church, and the Church of the East. It is not limited to Christianity and takes form in other religions as well such as Buddhism and Islam where there are religious texts concerning saints and other individuals believed to be imbued with the sacred deeds/miracles by helping others. The words Veritas and Aequitas come from the Latin version of Isaiah 59:14 "et conversum est retrorsum iudicium et iustitia longe stetit quia corruit in platea veritas et aequitas non potuit ingredi" -- which translates to the King James version as "And judgment is turned away backward, and justice standeth afar off: for truth is fallen in the street, and equity cannot enter."
