It is the directive of the Crimson Collective to be utilized by Industrialists who seek to someday harvest the best resources of New Eden we wish to support them by providing a home for them in High Sec until they are confident enough to move to our HQ.

To meet this goal industrialists will be provided free Barges and Ventures while they are within the Collective and will be provided the same luxuries once they transition to the HQ.
