EOKI is a baselining directive overseen by the CONCORD registered Capsuleer 'Halete'.

Not receiving formal support or funding from the Republic, the corporation is largely sustained out of pocket personally by Halete - one of her many cash-faucet projects to 'give back' to the Minmatar. However, charitable donations are sometimes accepted from philanthropists.

EOKI primarily concern themselves with distributing medicine, especially antibiotics, to the most impoverished Matari - they also supply food, water and other basic provisions, installing housing and irrigation.

Perhaps most importantly though, is the educational services offered - EOKI teaches Matari recently freed from the Empire to survive and integrate into society all across space and run courses to combat self-destructive behavior often witnessed amongst the recently liberated.
