Adhere to the CODE, or be subject to the wrath of the enforcement unit.
Subjects found to NOT have paid for their Ice Mining License, or to otherwise be in non-compliance with the CODE, will have their mining ships seized and impounded until such time as they can be released.
The latter will require a payment equivalent to the currrent market value of said ships.
