u"C-R-U is a mature PVE,Indy Corporation that lives in HI SEC Gallente Space. Claytonia Reaper United is an upstart Corporation that, for now, will be focused primarily on PVE players that are looking for a home. As a corp we will specialize in living in low SEC/WH space. Currently our main focus will be on gathering the needed resources for POS, blueprints, and the ability defend our Operations. It will be done in three phases CRAWL,WALK, and RUN
Phases:
CRAWL: Gather need resources for future self-sustainability (i.e. BPO\u2019s, mats, ships) as well as recruit base membership while in High Sec

WALK: Train in Battleship/Battle cruisers skill (Conduct Operations in High/Low/Null Sec/Wormhole C1-C4)

RUN: Black Ops Fleets (Conduct all Operations in Null Sec/C5 or C6)



Members

C-R-U members understand that team play is an essential part of eve and living in EVE. Without it corp will ultimately fail from lack of unity. We are a brotherhood of pilots looking to kick ass, take names and enjoy the sand box that is eve. We will do a variety of things including small scale mission running, Honey Pot mining runs, and Complexes. We make every effort to make sure our members have the isk they need to get the toys they want. We're here to enjoy this game and not act like a bunch of elitist pricks.

What We Look For In New Pilots

What's expected from Members:
When joining this corp members are expected to be an active participant in the corps goals along with bettering themselves in EVE to become a better pilot. We also take into account that real life happens and sometimes you gotta take a week or a month off for personal issues. All we ask is that you let your CEO or director know so he can mark your character AFK. We actively boot members that exceed more than 1 month without logging in unless prior notification is given so we can maintain a mostly active roster.


Honesty:
If you have an alt please let us know, we don't want to have to get an api from every member at this time. That being said If you are THINKING OR ARE running with another corp let the CEO or an officer know so we do not have a conflict of interest.
While running missions and mining ops we will have a salvager or hauler it is expected from that person to be honest with the good they are hauling.




General Competency:
Standard competence and knowledge of fleet mechanics is expected, and will happily be taught if your new.. Ability to play well with others is a desired trait.

Attitude:
We at the C-R-U hold ourselves to a higher standard than most other corps / players. Where most people cry over little things we man up and get the job done. Respect for your fellow corp members is one of the key things that makes C-R-U run like a well-oiled machine. If you ask for help someone that has the ability will help at the same time others that ask for help if you have the ability to help them do so. We are a team playing corporation not a bunch of individuals in a general area that fly together occasionally. Most importantly, we have members from all walks of life in the C-R-U, so racism, bigotry, sexism and Politics are not tolerated. If you are looking for a diverse cultural experience to gaming this is the place for you.

Comms:
It is C-R-U\u2019s policy that when you are involved in a Corp OP that you are on Teamspeak 3 servers. This is for our safety and yours. If you are logging in to change a skill real quick or something like that we're not really worried about it, but its always nice to say what's up.
Our voice chat server,when not in fleets, varies widely, we like to have a good time and get to know our corp members. Be warned though if you can pass out a joke there will sure be one coming right back at ya. Talking, goofing, raging,crying in fleets while on missions is prohibited and this rule is strictly enforced."
