Originally a division of the nefarious Serpentis Corporation, the Serpenti Seraphim served as the personal vanguard of the Sarpati family, however, when the Serpentis Corporation was finally recognized as a criminal organization by the CONCORD Assembly, the Seraphim left the Sarpati family’s side in order to pursue their own goals. Simply breaking ties with the Serpentis Corporation was not enough; capsuleers, now determined to kill any and all pirates that stood in their way, still attacked the Seraphim mercilessly - in order to ease the constant fear of death within the corporation, the leaders of the Seraphim decided to completely break any and all ties with the Serpentis Corporation, the S was dropped from the end of Serpentis and the corporation moved from its original home near Serpentis Prime to the Everyshore region.
