If you would like blue status on our POCO's contact Pop Pop's Husband, or Pop Pod.

If we notice that you run large volumes through our planets we will set you to +5.

The other way to get set blue is to join any wars that get declared against us. Any group that joins a war as allies and gets at least one kill during the war will be set +5. Anyone getting a kill worth more than 100 mill will get +10 status.
