Born from a clutch of loyal pilots fighting the Gurista threat in the Lonetrek Region the Ordo was formed. Caldari space was under threat by numerous enemies and one of the most looming was the Gurista Fleet. Following much discussion the command was given to start a new order to handle non specific outside threats that were making their way into Caldari controlled space from the Venal region. The result was the Ordo Atra Manus.
