Mei-Ha's Light is an organisation originating in the Jin-Mei home system of Mei-Ha (known across the Federation and the rest of New Eden as Lirsautton), with the stated goal of promoting peaceful relations between all current and former member cultures of the Federation: the Gallenteans, the Jin-Mei, the Mannar, the Intaki, the Deteis and Civire and the Achura.

Under its association with the Fleet Coordination Commission, Mei-Ha's Light supports CONCORD, DED and Inner Circle efforts to ease tensions between the Gallente Federation and the Caldari State.

Mei-Ha's Light subscribes the findings of the YC117 Pakhshi Peace Conference, in general and especially those of the following commissions:
* COM2 "Commission on the Sovereignty of Caldari Prime",
* COM3 "Commission to Cease Hostilities between the Caldari State and the Gallente Federation"
* COM8 "Commission on Cultural and Scientific Exchange"
