Deep within the Amarr Separatiist Alliance controlled systems lies the isolated system of Pasha. On Pasha I was the Tech-Tribes, an ancient race of beings who trained for combat their entire lives; taught that death on the battlefield was the greatest honor anyone could achieve.

They take the healthiest at a young age (called 'war pups', when they are old enough to fight they are 'war boys') where we are indoctrinated in a belief that we are already 'half dead' and eternal life lies ahead in the afterlife ('Valhalla') for those that die in combat. Part of that indoctrination into a 'thing' is in making their hair white, covering their bodies white paint, and to paint their eye sockets black to make themselves look like walking skeletons.

The War Boys are the Tech-Tribes War Party. Given ships and weapons by the Amarr Separatist Alliance to help with their Great Journey they primarily fight in packs. When the time calls for it they will suicide ganking what ever can get them a profit or helping the Separatists with War Parties.

They all view themselves as a piece of machinery, a 'thing', that makes a fighting vehicle complete. In the heat of combat they huff silver paint to become more like a chromed machine and suppress human emotion.
