The Ahtila Development Agency is a small Caldari based organisation with an unorthodox approach to achieving capitalism.

Founded on the home planet of Ahtila V, the main goal is to maximise shareholder's profit through a philanthropic ethos. This is done by providing local habitants with opportunities and forging a prosperous economy within the region of Black Rise.

Unusual to traditional Caldari corporations, ADA also provides humanitarian aid and development programs to worlds affected by natural disasters or scarred by faction warfare. They will offer any assistance to any in need, regardless of race or religion.
