This corporation is run by it's members for it's members. So, although there will be a CEO (Myself), Everything that happens within Phoenix Corporation is put to a vote with its members. The members will then vote on whether they want it to happen or not.

This will mean that each Department will need to manage their departmental cash flow appropriately, For when it is dry, it will stay dry. But if managed wisely, Then it will soar.

The idea being is, i want us to be fully Self-sustainable, as a corporation. We will only be able to buy what we can afford. As a new corporation, There will be alot of input from its members in terms of getting on its feet, So we may not have the best stuff right now, But if we work together and hard enough, there will be no stopping us.

Phoenix, Is a new life, a new start, from the Ashes we arise, from the Ashes we came back.
