Due to a recent increase in illegal imigration, the local officials in Thera have decided to temporarily halt all imigration pending the formation of a new department of Thera Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

This new department will, once up and running, accept visa applications from decent, hard working citizens of New Eden, whilst guarding the border against those who wish us harm.
