LFEVE Mining and Industry Academy was created in response to the educational needs of disadvantaged Eve Universe Pilots. The academy approach in formulating a vocational program was a result of collaboration between the industrial community and veteran players.

Students can interact with veteran players throughout the program, including large and small fleets, private lessons, industry classes, mining fleets, and membership referrals to Eve Corporations upon graduation.

The result of the Academy is a skilled pipeline of entry level pilots to support the growing number of industrial manufacturing jobs in the Eve Universe. In addition, the Academy provides students a pathway to enter into apprenticeship or continue their education within the Alliance and learn combat skills from PvE to PvP.

The academy is founded on the principals set forth by one of the greatest Eve Industrial Pilots, Wayne “SeeknPeek” DeMarco. His skills which he passed on to hundreds of pilots earned him the respect from some of the largest Alliances in the game and the honor of stations named for him. His untimely death in 2014 sadden us all, but his teachings shall live as we pass them on to new pilots in the Eve Universe.
