The Bergmann Imperial Foundation is the recruiting corporation of the Bergmann Empire.

The Foundation focuses on giving pilots new to the Empire a home and a place to grow until they feel ready to move up to a more dedicated Corporation like the Bergmann Imperial Navy, the Bergmann Imperial Industry or the Bergmann Imperial Intelligence.

Being part of the Bergmann Empire allows members of the Foundation to participate in any other activities that the more dedicated Bergmann corporations offer as well.
This includes mining and industry, PvP, PvP Training, stealth operations, trade, hauling or PvE of all sorts.

The Foundation offers:
- Small and large scale PvP
- PvP Trainings
- Mining Operations with Orca Boost
- PvP Roams through low-sec
- PvE of all sorts including:
- Ratting
- Invasions
- Mission running
- DED Sites / Combat Anomalies
- Every other activity offered within the Bergmann Empire.

The recruitment process always works over the Bergmann Imperial Foundation.
Every new member of the Bergmann Empire will start in the Foundation corporation and stay there for at least a month and until they have shown enough dedication and motivation to move up to one of the dedicated corporations.
Nonetheless, being part of the Foundation will still give you access to all activities the Empire offers, including the Navy's.
