* No requirements on activity, just have fun and be online when you can/want to be.
* Explode ships and eventually explode your own ship without a care. No one really bothers about their Killboard :). Fly Cheap, Go down in a fire happy.
* All in the name of the Caldari State!!!!.
* No SP Requirment, all you need is a T1 frig. Alpha's Welcome.
