u'Welcome! I am please to introduce to you an alternative bounty hunting system known as the New Eden Bounty Hunter Initiative. I use the in-game mechanic, Freelance Jobs, to provide the currently missing bounty hunting system to New Eden. If you are interested in soliciting a bounty, please see the following rules and procedures:

Time Limitations
To accomodate the amount of demand, the following are the limiations:
- Individual Bounty and Group Bounty will be posted for only one month.
- Corporate Bounty will be posted for one month and up to a maximum of three months.
- Alliance Bounty will be posted for one month and up to a maximum of six months.
- Combining a mixture (i.e. individual + alliance) of the above into one bounty is permissible but only for one month.

Reward Amount
The reward amount is determined by the requestor, but the minimum amount is 50,000,000 ISK. Receiving the reward for the bounty will be accomplished by in-game mechanics through Freelance Jobs.

Fees and payment
Fees are determined by the time limitation:
One month \u2013 8,000,000 ISK
Three months \u2013 24,000,000 ISK
Six months \u2013 46,000,000 ISK

Rescinding and Refunds
Rescinding a bounty or requesting a refund for unclaimed bounty is not permissible. If bounty is not claimed by the time limitation it is forfeited and that is simply because I am not going to maintain a record for it.

How to Post a Bounty
Send an in-game message to Hirl with the subject title of: \u201cPosting a Bounty\u201d and provide the following information:
Who: Name of the character or organization
Amount of Reward: This amount will need to be 5M or greater per kill and equal to or greater than 50M overall with fees excluded (i.e. 5M per kill for 10 kills to be 50M + fees).
Desired time limit: One month, three months, or six months
Amount of Kills Desired: Between 1-100
Specific Ship Specifications (Optional): You can request to narrow the bounty to a specific class of ship that needs to be destroyed up to a maximum of 10 per in-game mechanic limitations. If left blank it will be open for all.
