Absalon Foundation is a democratic, race and political neutral, association and it's main focus is the development of a stable and whealty foundation in order to be able to support the interests of it's partners.
Absalon Foundation will operate in broad variety of activities to ensure the companys stability and solidity. as well as to provide many options for the partners to find a satisfying occupation.
The core mind of the foundation's partner's is loyalty, honesty and respect towards the association and our fellow partners.

Absalon Foundation consists of three main divisions:
-Security - For those who like to live the life as a lethal fighter.
Main objectives is defence, escorting and exploration.

-Logistic - Here we find those who like the more tranquil life as Miner, Hauler or Trader.
Main objective is to gather and transport recourses and equipment for the company.
This division is clearly the main backboone for the wealth and stability of the company

- Production -Is for those who prefere to engage in the skills of research, manufacturing and management.
They are responsible for running and managing space stations and production facilities.
Our valuable Scientists and their research facilities are also found here.

Foundation Roles.
- The Chairman is the leader of The Board
- The Board consists of, highly, trusted Partners whos primary roll is to draw up the guidelines for the foundations activities.
- Manager's are the administrators and leaders of different departments and divisions.
- Supervisor's are responsible for the reqruiting, guiding and evaluation of junior partners
- Trusted Partner has proven his loyalty and trusthworty to the Foundation.
- Partner's are all within the Absalon Foundation.

Security:
Because of the risk of, highly damaging, theft, sabotage and piracy, an extensive safety awareness is adviced.
Never discuss or disclouse sensitive matters, or whereabouts, about the Foundation, or your fellow partner, with other than Trusted Partner's.
Be aware that junior Partners with hesitant or doubtful objectives will occure, hopefully we can disclose them before any damage done.

Only Trusted Partners will gain access to Foundation's assets, but they yet still limited to assets needed only.
Only Trusted Partners can achieve any responsibilities and entrusts.

Graduation:
A Partner can only achive "Trusted" through recomendation whithin the Foundation.
The Partner have to prove his honesty and loyalty towards the Foundation.
Once convinced a Trusted Partner can recomend for graduation.
Managing and Supervising roles are designated in conjuction with the appropriate Partner.
