Due to the constant border fighting with the Minmatar, many Ammatar children have become orphans. The Amarr care a great deal about this situation, but they financially just can't help right now, what with the economy and stuff.

In order to do something though, they have dispatched the best (semi)reformed Ni-Kunni criminals with the best (salvaged) ships they could find to go and collect whatever funds they can (outside of Amarr space).
