We are a team who must work together
A certain level of trust is required among our members, you must be willing to work as a team and split your profits evenly,

Work must be rewarded
Group activities and their profits will be rewarded fairly. Exploration, mining, mission running, and combat training are all encouraged activites that will have rewards.

What you gain in fairness is yours to keep
and is not owned by the corporation, large amounts should not be lent or donated unless you reach a personal agreement with someone and know the risks involved in doing so.

You must be prepared to fight when the time comes - a large part of EVE is pvp, it's what sets the game apart. Even if you do not want to fight sometimes you will be forced into it. It is best to know your enemy from the inside out and so basic combat mechanics should be learned by all members.
