Anything U-Want 2B Institute is a training corp. We have very loose requirements of potential recruits and are mostly informal and hands on in the way we train. The main requirements of getting in are a willingness to go through an interview with a member of staff that has recruiting priviledges and a sec standing no lower than -1, but recruits with negative sec status will be required to improve it. Also, for the purpose of establishing a jump clone source, members must not run for Expert Distribution and if they have standings must be +8.0 or better before joining.

We are a Gallente-Minmat school with multiple offices set up around mining, production, mission running, POS and eventually PvP focuses. We will accept members of any race, but most of the veteran mission runners in fleets will be running Matari and Gallente Missions.

We have 1 medium Caldari tower that is now fully armed due to a war declared on us by a coward that likes to hunt undefended POS towers. We had two smalls but took those down because we didn't have time to arm all three. The 1 we have left will be primarily used for research and copying by staff. If we get enough interested in POS training we will start a POS training corp.

Starting in the near future, there will be regular planned mining ops, exploration ops and complex running fleets, but these have not yet begun. We are also planning a Voice Chat system and a full featured webserver in the not too distant future.

Corp tax and donations will be the corp budget and will never be dipped into by staff for non corp expenses. Currently it is mostly covering offices and will add modules to the POSes.
