\u2022 Group Therapy: Accepting that our fleet of golden bricks takes 3 business days to align and warp.

Recruitment Requirements:
1. Have at least one Armor Repairer in your hangar.
2. Never utter the word "Shield" in public channels.
3. Know how to pray to the Emperor when your capacitor starts flashing red.
