As a recently founded mining and PVE corporation, Augmented Consumables (AUGCO) is looking for those select few to join as founding members and shareholders.
AUGCO is currently selling shares to non-members for $5,000,000 ISK per 100 shares and to corporation members for $2,500,000 ISK per 100 shares.
As stated above, you do not need to be a member of AUGCO to purchase shares.
*** GOALS ***
1. Purchase a large mining hauler and begin larger mining operations. This costs about 28mil ISK.
*** DIVIDEND PAYOUTS ***
1. Two types of dividends are paid out twice monthly (15th & 30th). Member dividends are evenly shared amongst all AUGCO members and paid out from the Member Dividends wallet. Shareholder dividends are based on your percentage of ownership and are paid from the Shareholder Dividends wallet.
A member whom is also a shareholder may collect both dividends.
*** BUDGET ***
Of the total ISK brought in by AUGCO\u2026..
60% is allocated to the Goal Wallet and used towards the current goals listed above.
20% is allocated to the Operating Funds wallet and used towards things like rent.
15% is allocated to the Shareholder Dividends wallet and is used towards shareholder dividends.
5% is allocated to the Member Dividends wallet and is used towards member dividends.
*** FEES AND TAXES ***
Shareholders must purchase shares at the current rates, shown above, or be gifted shares from another shareholder.
Members pay 1mil ISK per week directly to AUGCO as membership fees. These fees keep the corporation running and are used to buy ships and pay rent.
There is a general corporation tax rate of 5%. This applies to mission rewards and bounties.'
