New recruits are enrolled in our Structured Harvesting and Industrial Training program \u2014 S.H.I.T. \u2014 where you\u2019ll learn to mine, refine, and build with surgical precision and questionable sobriety. Fail to finish your training? No worries. We\u2019ll promote you anyway and hope for the best.

If you feel like you haven\u2019t been given enough S.H.I.T. on your mining op, don\u2019t worry You\u2019ll be immediately placed at the top of the S.H.I.T list and moved to our Departmental Employee Evaluation and Productive S.H.I.T. program \u2014 D.E.E.P.S.H.I.T. \u2014 where you\u2019ll work directly with the highest-ranking members of our S.H.I.T. department (they have an advanced degree in doing absolutely nothing).

Pilots who fail to take D.E.E.P.S.H.I.T. seriously will be transferred to our Employee Attitude Training and Supervision of Heavy Industrial Training \u2014 E.A.T.S.H.I.T.. If you survive this level of S.H.I.T., you\u2019ll earn the title of Master of S.H.I.T., and our Directors will gladly teach you how to complain about everything while doing nothing.

And yes, our killboard is a mess. That\'s not a problem \u2014 it\'s a lifestyle.. We\u2019ll mine, we\u2019ll lose ships, and we\u2019ll blame it on lag. It\u2019s all part of the plan.
