Chang Cheng Corporation was founded in the explosion of Chinese player community, when many new Chinese players join every day. Most of them were completely unfamiliar to this game and many do not speak much English. Chang Cheng was among the first few corporations to help those players, if not the very first.

Our goal is clear -- to help Chinese new players learn the game and develop their skills, to establish as a bridge between non-English speaking members and the world of EVE, and make the game more fun for all members, leaves no one behind. That said, we're a multi-purpose corp, bond by our ethical root. We are against piracy.
