u'A Goonswarm diplomat, a Pandemic Horde diplomat, and a TEST diplomat are sitting in a neutral station, negotiating a non-aggression pact.

After six hours of spreadsheets, timers, and capital fleet compositions, they finally shake hands.

The Goonswarm diplomat says: "Great. So we agree \u2014 no hostile actions in each other\'s staging systems, no structure bashing, and we share intel on all third-party movements."

The Pandemic Horde diplomat nods: "Signed. Blue status for all."

The TEST diplomat smiles: "Perfect. Friendship wins."

They all undock.

Three hours later, the Goonswarm diplomat\'s phone rings.

"Sir... TEST just dropped a dreadnought fleet on our Fortizar. It\'s in armor."

The diplomat calmly replies: "Are we at war with them?"

"No, sir. They\'re still blue."

A long pause.

Then he says: "...So we can\'t shoot back?"

"No, sir. They\'re blue."

Another pause.

"...Send them a strongly worded Evemail. And ping the coalition for a \'diplomatic meeting\' \u2014 in three weeks."'
