Operation Chiranjivi was formed in mid YC 120 as a response to onerous and vicious restrictions on warclones and other non standard clone soldier types by CONCORD. This collective effort by various parties sought to give shelter and steady work for those with modifications, equipment, and skills that the empires deemed too dangerous or unsuitable for civilized society.

Mid YC 121, Operation Chiranjivi expanded in to an official Capsuleer Division, known as Division Parashurama. Those who have knowledge of the Celestial Weaponry who will save mankind.
