The Church was formed when Pilot 'Michael Pergkk' was condemned to Null Security by CONCORD Amendment A467S-003-01 for the trade of Class A,B and X Controlled Boosters and Toxic Narcotic production.
Michael Pergkk fled from Minmatar Space through CONCORD Intervention in February YC117 to Fountain. Small groups of pirates and slavers joined Pergkk to form a haven and outpost for passersby in highsec.
'The Haven' was renounced then as 'the Church of Centii' and locals soon fled from the Serpentis Faction to shield underneath Church.
Current reports show increasing signs of Centii Pirate presence in Null Security due to Centii Navy Recruitment.
Followers of The Church are consistent in defense, and are classified as NBSI (Not Blue, Shoot it) in Low Security and Null Security space.
