CDXI is dedicated to establishing fuctional local econmies and open communcations infratructure in order to connect pilots that share common geography.

Orientation:
The Elose Constellation is centrally located in the large highsec island of Eastern Solitude.
It is inherently hard to reach, local markets lack coverage, depth, and circulation consitency

Situation:
The systems of Elose and the neighboring constellations
- The Industrial potential of the area is substantial with stations and structures capable of supporting research, refining and manufacturing services in strategic locations close to raw material sources.
- There are numerous PVE opportunities.
- Low and null sec pockets value, and a nearby entrance to larger roaming grounds are within operating range for those looking to engage in PVP

Mission:
1. To establish and maintain a network of pilots aligned to the common interests of the local community.
2. To develop and realize the industrial and economic potential of the sector.
3. To discover & promote opportunities that will engage pilots in meaningful content across various levels of experience, aptitude and enthusiasm.
