He founded this corp a long time ago, grew the corp to large enough to attract interest from the big alliances from 0.0 and had a blast playing in the null sec sand box. As time passed, finances and health caused black to have to limit his time and focus on real life.

Then on 1-1-2018, black's fight with failing health came to an end as he passed away from heart complications.
