If you are looking to make some isk send me an E-mail Herald Arms I will pay around 100,000 - 250,000 isk per hour depending on the type of work i need doing.
Also if you want to mine for me I will pay you per hour plus 50% of the profit from any ore.
Also if you do not want to use your own equipement I will provide you with the equipement needed once a deposit is paid that will be refunded upon complition of tasks.
