There are very few things that are as arcane as the Vatican, and ESOG represents one such entity. The Ministry, full of greedy opportunistic executives always has something to offer. The Corporate Coterie recruits those able to employ temptation as a weapon. They embrace those with the will and means to sway, entrap, and ultimately liberate their targets from whatever they seek: the victim\u2019s possessions, allegiance, or even faith. To the Serpents, everything has a price.

Beneath the incense and velvet, however, lies doctrine forged in laboratories and sealed vaults under strict supervision. The Ministry maintains a Capsuleer BioLife Directorate tasked with studying the systemic and psychological effects of high-security interdiction on capsuleers. These studies examine behavioral collapse, risk recalibration and response latency following targeted disruption events. Their findings are precise: CONCORD can\'t be bothered to give a s***, but fear evangelizes. Through controlled experimentation in disruption, ESOG refines the art of sudden revelation, the moment when a pilot realizes that safety was always an illusion at undock and evasion is not an option.

Naturally, enlightenment is expensive. To offset the costs of such sacred inquiry, ESOG operates publicly as a Pharmaceutical Company, fielding disciplined Interdiction and Logistics pilots in sanctioned research initiatives. The Ministry however chooses to sell highly addictive substances to local and starving markets agaisnt Empire Policies... further complicated by Pirate Trades. Where others see support, the Ministry sees leverage with its offerings.
