ESF strives in all mannor of ways to embody the principals of a professional, team environment. Our rules and requirements for joining are simple, as are our expectations for you as a member:

1. Your loyalty is to your corp, and your Alliance.

2. If an Operation is listed as mandatory, we expect you to be there. (Though of course RL comes first).

3. Teamspeak, Eve Voip, or Vent is required. So get a mic or a headset, you dont need to be able to talk only to listen.

4. SP requirement Veries, be able to fit at least a Frigate with decent skills. (Preferably T2 Fit weapons and all about 2-5 mil SP). Battlescruiser is prefered however. If your talented and can only fit a T1 tackler or Jammer this is fine as well.

5. This is a Mature Corporation, Act like an Adult.

6. Treat your corpmates like family, this is Eve, and here friends are far more valuble then ISK. If someone needs help, help them.
