Our freeport structures offer open docking and tether access in strategic locations, open corporation offices (only 1m isk), 1% tax on ALL services (repro, industry, AND market), FREE jump clone service access, as well as the security of not having to pay for it yourself.

Additionally, and most importantly, we'd like to offer special access and usage of the fortizar to the NPSI communities during events held in the system. Upon request, NPSI groups who wish to hold fleets within the Ahbazon system or even on the fortizar itself can reach out to the contacts listed above for gunner access, as well as logistic support for staging anything and everything you may need. While the freeport will have a running blacklist for day-to-day operation, during special events hosted by NPSI groups this blacklist will be temporarily lifted so that EVERYONE can come and play in the sandbox without worry.


Day-to-Day Blacklist Details:
This blacklist will block access from select individuals caught abusing the freeport in consistent, unsportsmanlike ways, as well as those whom show intent on the removal of the freeport(s). This blacklist will be temporarily lifted during NPSI events for their duration, so even those who have lost regular-access to the structures can join the fun. Some examples of unsportsmanlike behaviour are, but not limited to, the following:

- Using a pod or ship on tether that cannot be bumped to give permanent, invulnerable, CCTV eyes of system (Scouting something with a pod is fine as long as it isn't there for hours).
- Consistently stealing loot with noobships (Loot theft is 100% valid and allowed, but some risk should be involved. The free, infinite corvettes looting is considered by many to be unsportsmanlike. Use an actual ship.).
- Continually shooting the structure to spam notifications, or otherwise regularly shooting structures and then not providing fights. ("Ringing the bell" is permitted, though as a partner corporation the notifications may not be relayed in a timely manner. Chances are it will be more effective to ask in local for a fight)
- Botting, cheating, abusing exploits, or anything else deemed by CCP as disallowed by the game's TOS, that can be proven with sufficient evidence provided to structure facilitators.

What is allowed?:
- Using the freeport as a safe spot to hunt the local system/area, stage blops/caps, etc.
- Using the fort for stopovers or staging for non-event fleets.
- Hosting private or smaller events on the fort without notification
- JF midding for close-warp to gate to avoid lancers.
- PvP in general. (Even against locals or station owners. NPSI is NPSI)
