The vessel itself has been located again the day after, while docking in the top station and to this day its still there, serving as a monument to the events.

Many experts speculate that the event had some disruptive and freezing effects to highly advanced and sensitive information systems, one recorded incident happened roughly around the time when the vessel docked and the information system ceased to process the input data streams.
