We don't believe in SP requirements. We do however believe a pilot should have a core set of skills to provide value to his or her Corporation. The following are our Certification requirements.

Core Competency Basic

1 or more of the following: Armor Tanking, Active Shield Tanking, or Passive Shield Tanking at Standard

1 or more of the following: Cruiser Hybrid Turrets, Cruiser Energy Turrets, Cruiser Projectile Turrets, Cruiser Launcher Control, or Drone Control at standard

Cartographer at basic

If you do not meet requirements but have other skills you feel add value or if you are willing to work towards these certifications, exceptions can and will be made.
