Experienced pilots will work with you in high-sec at first, teaching the basics of operating successfully in New Eden. During this period you\u2019ll have corporate assistance with skillbooks and training plans, while earning ISK and gaining experience working together. You\u2019ll also learn how to scan (Exploration), which is an absolutely essential skill in Wormhole Space. Very experienced players will also teach you how to protect yourself and your teammates in lawless W-space: using Directional Scanner, how to set up your Overview Tabs, and the fundamentals in weapons, defense and tactics.

FWTI is part of the Universal Consortium, an alliance of like-minded corporations. You\u2019ll have the opportunity to meet your corp-mates and other alliance members in a variety of in-game forums, and you\u2019ll have access to the FWTI website.

FWTI has members from around the world, but the majority of active pilots are currently from US Time Zones. FWTI believes that Real Life is always greater than Game Life, and you are not \u201cpenalized\u201d if unable to be online as often as you might like. At the same time, we expect you to have the maturity and initiative to be productive and have fun when those times come around when few corp members are online.

FWTI offers:

\xb7 Activity-based ISK payouts both for PvE operations against Sleepers, and for wormhole mining operations (Mining Buddy)

\xb7 Access to corporate library of ship fittings, which serves as a practical guide to the skills and training you need to participate successfully in a variety of corporate operations
\xb7 Access in the wormhole to designated corporate ships for certain wormhole operations

\xb7 Exploitable planets with high value deposits, and a corporate assistance and training program for those interested in Planetary Interaction

\xb7 Over the LONG TERM, you can earn access rights to corporate research facilities to work on your Blueprints and to try your hand at T2 and T3 invention, reverse engineering, and construction.

Those who progress will have access to better opportunities to earn ISK and to access more of the corporate assets\u2026. and yes, even if you aren\u2019t quite ready to set up shop in wormhole space, you will certainly have opportunities to visit the base.
