PURPOSE AND OPERATIONS

The Vanguard brings combat, reconnaissance, industry, and logistics into one coordinated organisation. Fleet operations depend upon accurate intelligence, capable commanders, reliable supply lines, and the industrial capacity to replace losses and maintain readiness.

Every specialisation has a place in that effort. Combat pilots carry our objectives into the field. Scouts provide the information that shapes our decisions. Industrialists manufacture the resources of expansion, while logistics personnel ensure those resources reach the pilots and operations that require them.

Our ambition is to develop these capabilities into a force that can endure setbacks, seize opportunities, and contribute meaningfully to the Federation\u2019s future.

COMMAND AND CONDUCT

Hellraven Vanguard operates through a clear chain of command, defined responsibilities, and accountable leadership. Members are expected to exercise sound judgement, protect operational intelligence, honour their commitments, and conduct themselves professionally.

Leadership positions carry an obligation to organise effectively, communicate clearly, and earn the confidence of those they lead. Advancement reflects demonstrated competence, initiative, reliability, and trust.

During operations, coordination and communications discipline are essential. Outside operations, constructive discussion and informed proposals help strengthen the corporation.

PERSONNEL AND RECRUITMENT

We welcome applications from new, returning, and experienced pilots who share our objectives and are prepared to contribute to the corporation\u2019s development.

Opportunities include combat operations, fleet command, reconnaissance, mining, manufacturing, hauling, logistics, recruitment, and corporate administration. Applicants are considered individually, with placement guided by their experience, interests, availability, and the corporation\u2019s requirements.
