PvP is therefore unequivocally discouraged, mostly because other people seem very enthusiastic about it

2b. Fleet warfare is even more discouraged. Fleets contain other capsuleers, other capsuleers have opinions. Not that opinions are bad. They simply lend themselves to time inside rather than scanning the depths
of a lucrative deep space can.

Like warts, opinions inevitably become board meetings. These contain Oddities you would never willingly find yourself sharing a bottle of maple syrup with.
We have enough personalities already and graciously spare you all the participation.

3.Secondly, and most importantly: Find out what the hell is going on.
Everyone surveyed agrees, Nobody appears to know. This seems like an excellent opportunity for something or a whole lot of nothing!
