LENDING STANDARDS

-Minimum Loan Size: 250M ISK

-Standard term: 30 days

-Interest: 5-10% per term, adjusted based on collateral quality, liquidity, and borrower history

-Collateral: All loans are fully secured by high-liquidity assets; collateral must be transferred and held prior to ISK issuance

-Loan-To-Value: conservatively managed, generally not exeeding 85% for new borrowers

-Enforcement: Loans not repaid in full by maturity result in collateral forfeiture without renogotiation or extension

- How does the exchange occur?
The exhange of the loan for collateral is simple and secure through a private contract at high sec hubs like jita for example

- What are the rates?
First time rate is 5%, repeat clients have an average rate of 7-8%

- Can you repay early?
Yes you can repay early as long as repayment includes the principal and interest

- How does it work?
Upon repayment of the issued loan (principle+interest) collateral is returned via a contract
