The HSNBA Initiative:

The High-Sec New-Bro Alliance Initiative is aimed at gathering like minded residents of High=Sec to gather and monitor CODE intelligence for the benefit of High-Sec corps in need of assistance.

In addition it is important to educate on the ways of CODE to be able to navigate around it. There are methods to the madness and once understood their whole system of operation can be undermined.
