Free Captains of Jericho Fraction are revolutionary heroes opposed to territorial authority and nationalist imperialism across the EVE Star Cluster. Our starships mark the borders of our only dominion. We claim no territory, demand no sovereignty over another, and recognise no inherent right of states, empires or alliances to own the lives and futures of those beneath them. Jericho Fraction is an NRDS organisation. We will not fire upon other starship captains in low-security or null-security space unless they belong to organisations that have aggressed us and been marked hostile, or are actively engaged in hostilities against our fleets, associates or alliance partners.

THE FRACTION AFTER THE FRACTION

Jade Constantine vanished from public life approximately fifteen years ago. The Free Captains of Jericho Fraction did not vanish with her. As the old Fraction ceased to operate as a permanent revolutionary fleet, its captains largely dispersed into their own endeavours, ambitions and private horizons. Some disappeared entirely from public record. Others continued their work beneath different banners, names and circumstances. What remained was less an institution than a set of irregular and occasionally quixotic lines of connection: old friendships, encrypted channels, temporary alliances, favours owed and returned, shared enemies, cooperative ventures, ideological arguments resumed after years of silence, and the continuing cross-fertilisation of posthuman guerrilla ethics and anarchist principles.

JERICHO WAS NEVER A STATIC PRINCIPLE OR ENDURING STATE

It should therefore surprise nobody that its legacy proved difficult to locate on a map. The Fraction's influence has continued wherever capsuleers refuse the assumption that sovereignty is inevitable; wherever borders are treated as mechanisms rather than truths; wherever political, cultural and technological systems are subverted, bypassed or repurposed in pursuit of individual autonomy. Sometimes this has looked like revolution. Sometimes art. Sometimes trade, sabotage, propaganda, rescue, piracy, scholarship, interference, or simply refusing to behave as history expected. The instruments change. The argument survives.
