The Kaldorian Konsortirum is Kalindian Aurgnet's brainchild, conceived as a mechanism to wrest control of the Yaleh clan's leadership from his grandmother's grips, taking the clan into a new era. While he loved his grandmother, Kalindian wanted to chart a course vastly different from her leadership path. She favored the ideals of always preparing for war in times of peace; he favors the idea of building in times of peace and fighting those wars that came to his doorstep. Having seen war as a child of the Yaleh, Kalindian wanted to ensure that no child of the Yaleh would ever know armed conflict. They would always fight wars that came to their doorstep but never as an armed conflict, if they could help it.

The Kaldorian Konsortium focuses on mining and industry as mechanisms to gain prominence. Fighting is best left to those corporations geared towards fighting, that's not the way of the Kaldorian Konsortiium. While well-equipped to protect itself from outside attackers Kalindian, the Konsortium's CEO, recognizes that he must ensure the war-machine of the universe is well-supplied. As the Konsortium's leader, he prefers partnerships with those organizations geared towards building and exploiting resources. More than that, he appreciates the contributions of those brave pilots that would sacrifice themselves to protect those who gather and build for the good of others.

Above all, the Kaldorian Konsortium is focused on the advancement of its individual pilots. While a vehicle for power within the Yaleh clan, the Konsortium must and always will stay focused on the advancement of each and every individual pilot. At least, this is Kalindian's focus. He wants the organization to be the face of a resource block that does not care about the political winds that shift from corporation to corporation and alliance to alliance. Politics sets the course but practicality ensures survivability. The Kaldorian Konsortium is all about survivability, where one location may be lost, another grows in its place.
