Q: What's renting?
A: Renting is when you pay a monthly fee to a sovereignty-holding alliance in order to gain access and residency rights in a certain area of space for the duration of your contract. It is ideal for individuals and small corporations that are unable to ensure their own safety.

Q: How do we know that we are safe should we rent?
A: Usually, the sov-holding alliance is responsible for ensuring your safety while in your rented space. Ask your rental officer before payment to ensure this is the case.

Q: What's the role of KEREX in the rental process?
A: Here at KEREX, we have agreements with several major alliances as a third-party broker. Currently, this list includes such alliances as: (list current June 2013)

Q: How much does this service cost?
A: Rental rates differ significantly between alliances and even between systems. Monthly rates for rentals brokered by KEREX are split between KEREX and the space-holding alliance- KEREX gets 10%, the alliance gets 90%. This is done automatically each month with no extra charges.

Q: What about logistics? How can I move my things to our new home?
A: Here at KEREX we use a sophisticated network of neutral Jump Freighters and Carrier alts to move any amount of cargo safely and discreetly, anywhere in New Eden. This service is only available to our customers. Our logistics service is free to anyone with rental contracts of 2 months or more, but may be ordered on request for an extra charge. ALL KEREX LOGISTICS HAVE 100% GANK INSURANCE- IF WE LOSE A SHIP FILLED WITH YOUR ITEMS, YOU WILL BE REIMBURSED THE FULL ISK VALUE OF THE LOST ITEMS.

A: We have several systems and stations available all over New Eden. Please contact a Rental Officer for more information.

Q: Can I join KEREX?
A: Unfortunately, due to the sensitive nature of our work and our strict neutrality policy we generally do not recruit unless we know you very well and could use your help. However, we are always looking for freighter pilots for highsec to highsec hauling runs- mail Tali Khema for more details.
